I am so sorry I haven’t been posting lately. Things have been crazy! But thankfully things are settling down and we can get back to business!
As you probably realized, today is Work-In-Progress Wednesday! What I have for you is a beautiful little blue giraffe! A few weeks ago we ran a giveaway on our facebook page (I hope you’re all following!) for 500 likes. It was massively successful and today I’m working on the giveaway winner’s prize! Isn’t he coming out so cute?!
What are you working on this week?! Let’s see what you’ve got! Any projects you’re planning on starting? I love to hear what you lot are up to.
Thanks for reading!

So sorry about missing Wednesday. Haven’t been feeling that great this week. Feeling worse today but I’m not about to let that make me miss an FO Friday. Today we have two lovely new friends for you!
Aren’t they cute?! The lion is a new addition. He will be for sale for 65 USD. Unfortunately his mane takes quite a bit more time to do so he’s a little more expensive.
I really like how the nose came out on the reindeer as well as the embroidery on his back. Both features will likely be staying for all future reindeer!
That’s all I have for you today I’m afraid. Show us what you’ve made this week! I’m sure we would all love to see it!

So I’ve finally figured out what kind of special thing to do with Fridays! Finished Off (or fasten off) Friday will be a recurring theme here on Knotwork Sanctuary, much like Wip Wednesday. On Fridays I will be displaying the finished projects of the week. I realized that there was one or two projects I’ve completed that I completely forgot to post here on the site! I know, shame on me. So hopefully this will help keep me in line a little better.
This week we have three for you! One old, two new:
Nanook the Husky
Nanook the Husky was done in Caron Simply Soft with a warm chocolate and cream.
Mel the Moose was done in Red Heart Dress Blues, White, and Black.
Pedro the Panda
Pedro the Panda was done in Red Heart white and black.
Aren’t they just adorable? Finished products are even more fun than works in progress because you can finally see the finished piece! I love all of these little guys and they will be added to the collection! What have you been up to this week? Post your pictures so we can all see!

Yup… it’s that time of the week again. The week goes by so fast. I didn’t even get time to post again last week. But I promise that will not be the case this week. Tomorrow I will have three new lovables for you. Well… new in the sense that they’ll be finished projects. Hopefully my panda will be finished TODAY and then I have two others in the wash right now. A pink bear with baby safe eyes that I made for a customer who will get her bear tomorrow, and that brown and cream husky that I started so many weeks ago. I refuse to let projects sit that long ever again. No more getting distracted! (psh… yeah right lol) But for this week…. we have a work in progress panda bear for you!
Isn’t he a cutie? I figured I would show him now since I have to unravel that second arm. Somewhere along the line I missed a decrease but I’m not sure where. Oh well. This is what I get for not marking my rows. As always, show me what you’ve made! I love to see other works in progress! Snap a photo real quick and post it up! Use your phone if a camera isn’t readily available! That’s what I usually do.
As always… thanks for reading!-Deanna-

It’s been far too long in between posts… at least for me. I don’t like going more than a day or two between them so I apologize for the slight delay in posting. However, today I have a treat for you! We started on a brand new project today. I didn’t get as much work done on it as I would have liked but at least the head is done!
This is Melimoose, named after a good friend of mine and designed with her in mind! I think he’s coming out kinda cute. Hopefully the rest of him will be just as adorable as his little antlers. As always, I would love to see what all of you have in the works! Post in the comments and upload a photo of your latest work in progress!
Thanks for reading!

Alright. I have found a new passion for writing patterns, however, several projects fell to the side in order for me to do this. So, before I will allow myself to finish the Norbert pattern, I’m going to finish my Auroragurumi series and get samples up of each of those patterns. Currently waiting is the head and arm of a brown husky. He keeps staring at me! To get this to stop, I’m going to finish him, then make a navy camouflage moose, a black and white cow, and a black lion to honor the last living black lion on the planet. After that I will finish Norbert (who is getting some customizing) and possibly make some more patterns! I’m so excited. But work comes first!
